Who must have a whistleblowing channel in Spain?

Law 2/2023 applies to the whole public sector; to private companies and individuals with 50 or more employees; to political parties, trade unions, employers’ organisations and their foundations when they receive or manage public funds; and to legal entities in areas covered by EU rules (financial services and markets, anti-money laundering, transport safety and environmental protection), whatever their size.

Auratech sets up your whistleblowing channel on a secure platform in the Auratech environment and acts as the manager of reports within your committee.
